The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"One thing I would like to share but not in reference to the property itself. When I had to lunch the boat I took me almost an hour to locate the property through the boat lanes. Would have been helpful if the lanes were numbered or named with florescent type signs."

"The bay house was very kid friendly with the gated deck. There were nice views from the deck and relaxing. The kids loved to watch the fish at night in the lights and caught a few fish right from the house. The house was clean, comfortable and easy to make a home away from home for the week. There was access to a nice park and pool nearby and the beach was a quick drive across the main road. We would stay here again."

"This is a very nice rental property. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots. pans and silverware. The outside area and dock are very nice, and there was plenty of room to tie up our boat. The fishing lights attract fish, and bait and the kids caught several fish. The outdoor furniture and upper deck are great for entertaining."

"The house is older than it looks in the pictures, but very clean and well maintained. We had two teenaged boys with us, and they spent most of their time fishing. They caught a few speckled trout over the lights, and had a good time."

"Overall, you have a great rental home. The only things we wish we had were more than 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, and dishwasher pods. It would have been exceptional if this canal property provided access to a canoe/kayak or other watercraft - I would have been willing to sign waivers and pay extra."

"You will enjoy 2 Dolphins with the spacious living area, 2 sets of table and chairs, extra's in the kitchen, nice upper and lower deck with lots of chairs...Bay was fun, be sure to bring the paddle board and floaties for the full experience. Nice neighbors and good view."
