The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"I rented this beach house last minute and sight unseen after my first option, a house I've stayed in before, was booked by someone else, and I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. The layout and furnishings are very nice with good access to the beach, and our family very much enjoyed the covered deck. They have more than enough outside chairs for everyone to lay out in the sun, and while the house is two lots from public parking, because the public access is smaller than others, there were not many visitors to this beach, which made for an enjoyable isolated retreat."

"Beautiful home very close to the beach. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with most things needed to prepare meals. We were missing a blender and Sand and Sea brought one to us very quickly! They were great to work with and so very friendly. We will definitely use them again. The house was just exactly as advertised! The covered deck was great for shade but doesn't protect you from the rain as we had hoped."
