The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"Zero kitchen cabinet/pantry storage for guest groceries/dry goods due to owner accupying only available cabinet in kitchen No bed side lamps - were shown in rental pictures - a must in our opinion. Deck needs to refinished. Several family members got splinters. Dog area not secure. We had to use bungie cords to secure dog yard gate. Very comfort furniture, nicely decorated, welcoming environment, closet to the beach, nice year round neighbors who introduced themselves, well appointed kitchen. All in all a very nice place to stay. "

"For the six of us, this property was very affordable and comfortable.. We had a view of the ocean which was a short walk away. There are much bigger houses with much bigger prices but this one was perfect in both cases. We were on the go 18 hours a day and it was nice to come back to a cozy comfortable home like this one. The staff was great as always. Thank you so much. This is our 3 year to return and we will have many more years with Sand and Sea Rentals."

"This property is just the right size for a family of 6. With teenagers, it was nice to be close to the beach but we didn't have to be right on the water to enjoy the view and as the walk to the beach is just a tenth of a mile, the position of the house is really good. Also, even though the house is close to its neighbors it is positioned well for privacy. As "the Mom" I was pleased with the single bathroom and enjoyed having the half bath off the master bedroom. I realized into the week that the smaller home footprint and fewer baths made less work for me keeping everything clean and organized. The kids were very comfortable in the second bedroom. I am impressed with the interior of the house, too - - it looked freshly painted and felt light and comfortable and restful."
