The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"There is room for four SMALL vehicles; however, it is not good if there are SUV's and/or pick-up trucks. The parking area is smaller than most because the property has garages instead of underneath parking and due to the layout of houses on either side."

"This is a wonderful property with a fantastic view, a well stocked kitchen and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The new home built on the west side of the house during the course of the last year hampers parking at this property. Sand n' Sea allows 4 cars, but really only 2 cars will fit without blocking the drive to the new house. Over all, we are completely satisfied with this house, and in fact have reserved it for same time next year!"

You are correct, that the general HOA guidelines for each subdivision allow up to 4 cars, but some houses (like Alamar) do have limited parking, which we note in the property description online. "I wanted to take a minute and thank Sand n Sea for having such a wonderful, pet friendly, beach front home! Nothing can compare to staying on the beach with friends and family, dogs included. This is the first year we have stayed at the Alamar. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked it again for next year! We really appreciated that each bedroom had it's own TV with DVD player and connecting bathroom. When you take 5 teenagers on Spring Break it makes a HUGE difference! The house is laid out well, perfect for entertaining and relaxing. I can't remember the last time our family had so much fun! From start to finish, our week on the beach was perfect. "We had a great time at the Alamar beach house. The four bedroom/four bathroom floorplan was perfect for the seven adults in our group (no bunkbeds that come with most beach houses). Our three kids enjoyed the locker full of beach toys (boogie boards, baseballs and gloves, squirt guns, sand buckets...) They practically lived on the beach. Dogs had fun too.
