The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"This property is in a great location, has good parking and is roomy. Something we really enjoyed about Aquamarine is the fact that there are 5 queen beds, 1 king bed, and an extra room upstairs off the loft, with a mattress on the floor, making it a perfect area for the young kids. We like the layout of the house, with the living room, dining area and kitchen all open; allowing everyone to be together during meal preparation, or any time we are all congregated inside. Some negatives to this home are that during rain, you will spend time mopping water from the floor, as there are a few areas that leak.....the front rail on the balcony is wobbly (I don't think to the point of being unsafe, but it does need attention) and in my opinion, the kitchen could be better stocked with pots/pans. Since we have stayed in this home several times, over several years, we have noticed that it has deteriorated. We just returned home yesterday after another week's stay in this home, and sad to say, noticed deterioration to the home since our stay last summer."

"Aqua Marine is roomy house and well set up for our family's needs. We enjoyed our stay. This was our first stay in this home and for the price point it worked well for our group. We did have one morning where there was a rain storm and we had serious water coming in on the dining room window and from the ceiling and front door. Water also came in the small window in the loft area and wet the floor next to the doors. I noticed that another family had the same issue last year and it appears that the problem hasn't been fixed. I feel that there could be some updates to the home as well. We also had problems with the cleared pathway to the beach. We had to walk to the neighbors yard where the grass was mowed and then to the end of their walkway and on down to the beach,would have been nice to have been able to walk from our stairway and down to the beach. All in all we had a great week. I hope that these issues will be taken seriously as not to further damage this nice rental."

"Aqua Marine is a roomy house and is very well laid out. We've stayed in this house three times over the last six years and enjoyed each stay, having a great time. We just returned from our latest trip yesterday. We had hard rain a couple days during this stay and discovered that when it rains, two of the skylights in the den area leak, as well as one of the windows by the dining area. Water came in at the front door, as well as the door upstairs in the loft area too. Hopefully, these issues will be repaired, as this house is a very good size for a larger family and is in a beautiful location. The parking is great also."

"This house is a must stay....great for families and day visitors from other houses....bathrooms could use updating and would love to see a concrete slab at the bottom with an out door shower. But, the wireless internet and the open floor plan make up for shower time....you are at the beach....great for sunrises on the porch with coffee and with a glass of wine on the beach for sunsets!
