The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"This is an awesome house. You are so close to the beach despite what the listing for this house might say. It was a 90 second walk from the stairs to the water. The master bedroom and second bedroom are extremely comfortable for adults while the bunk room is ideal for kids. The living area was very open and great for hanging out, as was the porch. We definitely plan on staying at Aside the Sea again!"

"Aside the Sea may be listed as 3rd house from beach front but the location makes you feel as if you are beach front. Very easy access to the beach. The ground floor is gorgeous, very nice lawn & the area under the house is immaculate & can easily park 3 cars under the house for shade. Interior is in very good condition, beds are comfortable as are the couch & chairs. Love the open floor plan! Easy to entertain! Deck while uncovered did have shade in the mornings & late afternoon/evenings because of the trees that surround the house. The laundry room is awesome!! I wish my laundry room was this big. And the tub in the master bath was huge! What a relaxing way to end the day! Will definitely stay here again!"

"Aside the Sea is practically beach front. I think it is literally 30 feet from the driveway to the sand. The beds are great, the tables (inside and out) are perfect for our large family to gather around for meals, and all the appliances are relatively new and in good working order. The downstairs shower is awesome and the deck upstairs has a great view. We've stayed here twice and likely will be back."
