The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

The Merriest Christmas!

"Our family had a fabulous time at Bay Escape over Christmas! The weather was even warm enough for the kids to brave the pool. The area under the home provided enough space for the adults to setup a ping pong table and bag toss. We enjoyed most of our meals (the kitchen had everything we needed) on the covered deck over the boat house. The sunsets and bird watching were so peaceful. It was a fantastic Christmas for the entire family, can't wait to return!"
