The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"Perfect house for us! Easy walk to the beach. The door from the bedroom area to living area was nice so that guests could stay up or sleep in without waking others. Great A/C and lots of hot water kept everyone happy! Laundry is downstairs - not an issue for us but might be for some. Great views from deck and even the dining table! Comfortable couches were a real plus! Loved our stay!"
