The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"The Queesn bed mattresses are very uncomfortable to me. There were 3 different issues aside from that that needed attention and Sand n Sea took care of it immediately. Great great service. Only staying again because I need to be in Pirates Cove and the other house was rented. The third property they have in the Cove only has a queen bed. We are in the process of finding our own home since we sold ours in Lafittes. Blue Lagoon is ok but the beds on the main level are terrible. Never went upstairs to check out that bed."

"Mosquitos in Galveston are just a fact. This property has a great outdoor option with a screened in deck. If the screen is in good maintenance then you can enjoy countless relaxing mornings with coffee and sunrises and evening meals with sunsets. However, if those screens are not up to the task - you'll find yourself running in-doors - to escape the swarms."
