The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"PROS: Excellent location, great mattresses, unbelievable kitchen--loved having 2 of everything + everything you could possibly need for cooking--, elevator is a lifesaver for older visitors and for getting luggage and supplies up and down, very comfortable for 10-14. Great decks and furniture. Cross-over to the beach is right next to the house. CONS: A little dusty for family with allergies, light switches were grimy, and the carpet was stained. No real outside shower, pillows were uncomfortable (just bring your own), a little pricy, but understandable for all you get. Instructions need to be posted for use of elevator (metal door must be closed, must be "called" from one floor to the next). Steps to the loft are a little dangerous."

"This was a beautiful, spacious home a short walk from the beach. We did lots of cooking and grilling, and we loved the two refrigerators and stovetops in the kitchen. The loft was a great place for the kids to escape. We also spend a lot of time on the decks, listening to the waves (and the rain)."
