The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"This was a nice unit in a quiet location. It was clean and furnished as described. Had view of the beach and quick access. The three bathrooms and three decks were big pluses! The staff at Sand "N Sea were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous! Would definitely stay here again."

"This property is okay. It is definitely dated. It had carpet, which is kind of weird at the beach with the sand and all. It is 3 levels, so LOTs of stairs when unloading and loading things. The showers are really small in the spare bath and the bedroom with the bunk beds. Also, the mirrors were really low in those bathrooms as well. The air vents were dirty in the living area. We also had to put the sheets on the twin beds/bunk beds. The description indicate there is beach access, but a worn down path is not what I would consider beach access especially with the 'snakes' sightings that they warn you about. It's a good location being right next to the grocery store and Nates, but the actual accommodations were not that nice. "

"Great location ! Great floor plan! Slept 5 very well with various daily guests accommodated well. Very quiet even though it is a town home with neighbors on each side, it felt like a standalone home. Decor and amenities are homey but very dated and there were multiple maintenance items that needed to be addressed ( none that directly affected our stay). We were on the beach that was 100 yards away most of the time so it didn't matter much. I would definitely stay here again if they give it a good cleaning and attend to some of the maintenance items."

"We had a very relaxing stay at Captain's Choice over Labor Day weekend. The townhouse is comfortable, nicely decorated, well outfitted, and a short walk to the beach. As advertised, it is a good value for your money. Perfect for a family of four. The living space would be tight for more than four, although the sleeping space works well for six."

"We really enjoyed this property. The outside had some rotted boards, and we were a little leary when we pulled up. But the interior was just as it appeared online. Nice, fresh, and clean! The kids loved the bunk beds, and it was a great way to fit 4 people into 1 bedroom. Loved that both bedrooms had a private bath, plus one off the living area. If you have very small children, you will want to make a sweep through the house as there are a lot of small, breakable knick-knacks (including a martini glass filled with broken colored glass!) It was a great experience, and we loved having such a short walk to a nice, quiet beach!"
