The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"This property was so easy for our family. It had easy access to beach, very quiet beach area. The best part is the outside shutters... They close remotely and keep the house so cool and dark at night... We loved them. This house was very comfortable for our family!! Also great part is it had 3 1/2 toilets !! Only two showers but also a n outside shower. We would rent this house again!!"

"My wife and our two little girls (2 year old and 8 month old) stayed at Caribbean Reef for a long beach weekend with some day time guests who also had young children. The house is perfectly positioned right on the beach and the house_s layout was more than ideal for keeping an eye on toddlers running around while the adults relaxed. I was a little concerned about the distance from town if we needed to pick up something. However, the Seven Seas Grocery is about a 10 minute drive east and has everything you need. I do agree with an earlier reviewer that the road noise is a little louder at night than I_d like, but it really was not an issue. I will most likely rent this house again."

"We have used Sand N Sea for the last couple of years, and been VERY happy. This was the first time we stayed in this particular house and couldn't have been happier. It is very spacious in the Living area as well as all of the rooms. You could add an air mattress in every room if you needed and not feel crowded at all! First one we've stayed in that had an actual door downstairs and a gate at the top of the stairs. Very secure. Great walkway over to the beach as well as a couple of quite large cleared areas in front of the homes. Really, really nice place to stay. We'll be back! = }"

"My coworkers and I came up for Memorial Weekend and had an absolute blast! The house had plenty of space. It was right on the beach. I was impressed at how "stocked" with utensils the the cabinets were. I didn't expect anything to be there and it had everything we needed. The porch was great , that's where we all were when we weren't on the beach. I would recommend this house to anyone. Thanks."

"We had eight adults staying at Carribean Reef for a week: ages 26 - 61. Plenty of bathrooms and showers without getting in anyone's way. If you want a secluded, away from the crowd area this is the one to choose. Close to the beach, nice anemities. If you want shopping and restaurants close by this is not the place to stay; 22 miles south of Galveston. Wonderful place to share time with your adult children. Teenagers that like to shop would probably be bored here. Fishing right there on the beach -- fish were caught, as well as a baby shark."

"My family, including three kids stayed for four nights. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and the house was very clean. My only critique is that the mattress leave much to be desired. The bed in the master was like sleeping on plywood and the beds in the bunk room were not much better, although to be fair, my kids were too exhausted to notice. If the beds were upgraded I would certainly stay here again. The kitchen was clean and had every amenity we needed."
