Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"Home is wonderful with water views from every room. Very comfy! Great place for fishing! The green lights really attract the fish. You do need a lantern after dark for baiting your hook. The elevator was a life saver! "Moving in" was a little inconvenient with no sidewalk from driveway to front of house. The access gate is very heavy to push open and closed each time you leave. We loved our stay and would recommend to future guests!"

"Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful house!Set up very well-great tv ! we did not use the elevator-did not want to chance a malfunction and someone get stuck! we really did not need it anyway! The house was well stocked- beds were so comfortable-was so nice everyone had their own bedroom and bath! Fishing was great !!! Me and my son caught big reds-so exciting! It was nice the owner built a new pier at the end-damage from storm-had electrician out to work on lights-new rocking chairs were delivered- Thank you for a great weekend! Sandnsea very nice to deal with-they do care about your visit!"

"Sand N Sea staff was wonderful to work with. We had an issue with the elevator at this property and they were on top of it. They called a couple of times to see how things were going and if we needed anything. This property was great for fishing. The rocking chairs on the deck are cute but not in good shape, they are falling apart. The TV has very basic channels, maybe 5 total and the TV's themselves are placed in very strange spots. My crew was on the pier most of the time so this wasn't really an issue. The elevator is super quirky! It is a very quiet property, and the views are really nice. The main floor is very spacious and roomy and overall the house is laid out really well. "

"Unfortunately we had an incident where we went a night with no AC! However it was our fault because we were having so much fun we didn't get back till 12 at night and of course the workers were not available. The only improvement I suggest is making sure the condensation is not full so the AC does not shut off! Even though we were a little warm that night, They made sure to have someone over first thing in the morning when they opened. They didn't make us wait and even called to check on us and make sure their was nothing else I needed after they fixed the issue. They were extremely prompt on responses and always took care of my family immediately! I was extremely grateful that I didn't have to track anyone down "
