At the broker's discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"I didn't appreciate Sand n Sea until things went wrong....response and courtesy were exceptional. I now love the rental staff as they made the hiccups go away so fast. The y are the best. We have rented thru the rental agency for several years without needing to ask for help or repairs but this year, it seemed like we needed help or advice, they were always there to answer the phone after hours, help was always just minutes away and everyone had the best attitude. We felt so cared for during our stay this year. I can't say enough good things about the company. I am a renter for family vacation for life! Merci!!"

"Decked Out was an excellent location, beach was sparsely populated, quiet, just what we were looking for as a family vacation. The kitchen was amply supplied with glassware, pots and pans, and cutlery. The dishwasher worked very well, oven needs adjustment to temperature. We had a wonderful time, lots of good memories were made, and excellent photos. Very nice beach house."
