The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"We went to Emma's Fancy for the week of Thanksgiving and I planned to cook our Thanksgiving dinner and desserts for our entire family there. Needless to say, I packed and brought with us half of our kitchen to do so. You do not need to bring anything from home! The owners of Emma's Fancy have a well stocked kitchen including small appliances, pots, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. The house feels like a home as soon as you walk in and I can not say enough of the beautiful views from all of the rooms!!"
