The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

Thanks for your feedback! Each of our vacation homes does have regularly scheduled pest control visits, but "unwanted guests" can still be an issue. Our Property Services department will be following up to make sure they are taken care of!

"Very clean, comfortable house. Large deck with and without shade areas; comfy outdoor furniture. I think it would be good to know that cars can access the area of beach directly in front of this house, so your beach view might include lots of cars. We ordered take-out from Mario's Pizza and it was fantastic! "

"Great beach house! We had a very relaxing stay, loved the deck and the huge wide open layout of the house. It was a little tricky to figure out the thermostat at first but we managed. Also there is a switch for the garbage disposal under the sink :) Only negative... We wish we would have know that this particular house is located right infront of the public access to drive on the beach where EVERYONE parks. If you want a spot on the beach set up early early and it will be crowded."

"The house was lovely in appearance and had a prime beach location. The price seemed worth it until we stayed a few days to find out that there were notable unresolved maintenance issues that were not repaired before our check in. The house had major mechanically failures that were unaddressed upon our arrival. It took us until Wednesday to fully understand that our A/C was only cooling intermittantly, the dishwasher did not work, disposal did not work (only after we put a bunch of particles did we find out and had to dig them out by hand) and there was a notable leak under the sink that ruined many of our food items that we had put under there to store for use during the week. Upon our departure, we informed Sand N Sea of the failures and kindly asked for a parital refund (a small amount compared to the big dollar amount that the rental cost). We were told that we should have called during the week to allow workers to come and make repairs. However, this was unacceptable to us. We are a private family w/ only a small window of time together. We did not wish to have "workers" in and out of our living space to address (3) seperate issues that should have been addressed before our stay. We felt that the owners of the house, along with the Sand N Sea staff would honor quality customer service and do the right thing for the customer. It could have (and can) make a huge difference in determining if we will ever use Sand N Sea or ever recommned them to friends. Word of mouth and customer satisfaction are worth more than thousands of dollars of advertising... we know this because we own a customer service business and value doing what is right for our customers."

"This is a truly lovely property. You are just steps from the beach and the deck area is so large and expansive it's hard to go inside. We loved how open the kitchen/ living area is. It allows you to cook and still be part of the rest of the group. There were only a few concerns. The bunk bedroom's mattress is lumpy and hard to sleep on and we really wished there was a bathtub in at least one bathroom. For a house so lovely a bathtub would have made it pure perfection. Overall, though I would recommend this house. It truly is a wonderful place."
