The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"The Dryer is very inefficient. This was noted in a guest comment on 5/30 - needs to be fixed. It took 4 hours to dry clothes. It could also do with more dinner knives - there were 25 forks, 8 spoons and only 5 knifes! Otherwise a fantastic house. Very close to the beach, very comfortable, great picnic area and bar on ground floor. Top deck has best views in the subdivision and hot tub, although only used once, must be a great feature on cooler days/evenings. Dryer and knives were a very minor complaint but had to be mentioned."

"Dryer is very inefficient and takes 4 hours to dry towels. Ice maker does not always work for dispensing ice. Otherwise, lovely property, great location to beach, with great beach views from the balconies. Very comfortable house, and safe for children and pets. Our dogs loved laying on the balcony and watching all of the comings and goings to the beach! Great covered area below with very nice furniture, and outdoor bar area was very handy. Would definitely rent this property again!"

"Of the 8 houses we've rented from Sand N Sea, we would rent any of them again, but Going Coastal is pretty much a perfect vacation home. The housing community of Pirates Beach is large but surprisingly quiet. The house is only a few steps from the beach. For people with fair skin who are careful of too much sun, both the deck on the main level plus the top deck have some shade at all times of the day. The air conditioner cooled the house and the two hot water heaters kept the water as hot as we needed. The hot tub on the roof is icing on the cake!. Our sincere thanks go to Sand N Sea and the home owners who allow us to bring our dogs on our family vacation!"
