The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"The island breeze beach home has a very lovely open concept where it allows you to be in the kitchen and have a view of the dinning and living room. The patios are very spacious with more than enough lounge chairs. A big plus for us was that this beach house provided us with high chairs for our toddlers and ALOT of kitchen essentials such as pot, pans, baking pans, dishes. Two thumbs up!"

"This was our 4th year spending Spring Break on Galveston Island and our 2nd year with Sand N Sea Properties. All I can say is WOW! We LOVED this house and do plan to return. As previous comments mention the kitchen was fantastic and the huge island was fun! The first half of the week we had a house full with 10 guests, only 1 child and still had plenty of room. Master bedroom and bath are very large but only a small shower. The loft had very comfy futons and all other mattresses were very nice as well. All TV's were nice with DirecTV satellite, but we didn't use much the view of the ocean/beach is all you need. Because we are there during Spring Break the location is great with very little traffic(people)on that part of the beach. There are a couple of stores and a seafood market close, but going into town only when needed is a plus. They also have added some deck furniture to include some on the master bedroom deck and 4 very nice lounge chairs on the main deck (not pictured). Overall we had a great week and enjoyed the great weather and the beautiful home. See ya soon!"

"This is a wonderful house with a great bunk bedroom downstairs. The Master had a fairly large vanity area, but only a small shower. No bath. All bedrooms have deck access and there is a very short, sandy path to the beach. While this varies from summer to summer, the beach was the best I've ever seen. Spotless for the entire week. Really nothing but good things to say about this house. Very well stocked with kitchen equipment, a great coffee pot, and good TV equipment throughout. WIFI worked well. This house is definitely beachfront and has quite a bit of privacy from surrounding homes."

"We are a couple in our 60's and rented Island Breeze as a last minute getaway to share with our adult son and his wife. I chose this property because of the oceanfront views and the tasteful style of the interior furnishings. It did not disappoint! The views are spectacular. It was great that not only did the master bedroom have ocean views but the guestrooms as well. We loved the bleached wood floors and the huge granite kitchen island which was perfect for our family. We are foodies and love to do our own cooking when at the beach. Our first stop when arriving on the island is to head to Wharf Rd and hit up the fresh seafood markets there. We have rented a lot of beach houses over the years, but let me tell you, Island Breeze has the best stocked kitchen we have ever encountered. There wasn't anything I needed that wasn't there, and often two of everything! It was so nice to not have to "make do" with mismatched dishes or mugs the owners thought of everything. It was also very nice having TVs included in all of the bedrooms. The TV in the living area has a large screen for everyone to enjoy watching the Texan's game. The two comfortable sofas meant that there was plenty of seating. Perhaps the only thing that would have made the weekend perfect would have been a few chairs included on the upstairs master bedroom deck, but we mainly spent our time on the large main deck anyway. We really enjoy the atmosphere at Sea Isle. The beach is well maintained and there are not cars driving on the beach. It is further from town than many of the other beach communities but for us that is part of the charm. We like the peaceful and uncrowded aspect of the West beach. We are from the Houston area, so stocking up on groceries before arrival is part of our routine but the nearby Seven Seas Grocery store on San Luis Pass Road is pretty well stocked for anything we forget. We especially appreciate the great service we have received from Sand and Sea when renting on the Island. They make the whole rental process quick and simple with no fears that the property we rent has been misrepresented. I especially like the fact that they followup with us to make sure everything meets our expectations and that they provide us with an after hours emergency number just in case there any unforeseen issues should arise. They will be our go-to rental agency from here on out."

"This property has an excellent location with easy access to the beach. This part of the beach was never crowded while we were there and was very clean. The house itself could use some repair and the decking had loose boards and nails sticking up. This was reported at checkout and the agent made a note to have it repaired. All in all, my family of 9 adults and 2 little ones had a great time and slept comfortably. I would rent again."

"This house was wonderful! My whole family and I stayed here the first week of August. The views are spectacular. Although it "sleeps" 12, it really should be "sleeps 10 comfortably". Fishing was great, we caught nearly 30 (stingray, hardhead, sheephead and other bay fish) The beach itself was awesome great waves (even for surfing!) and the sand was nice and light, our kids made "The Alamo" and other fortresses. Wonderful house for families!!!"

"I was a little disappointed when I arrived because the photos appear to have been taken several years earlier. With that said the property had a great location, beachfront with panoramic windows to provide great views. The home was spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms very spacious. The deck was a bit weathered as well as the deck furniture. The outside shower was terrific. We used it a lot to keep the sand out of the house. The two bathrooms were a great and we had no problem with hot water. I would just refrain from running the washer or dishwasher while showering to keep good water pressure. All in all the property could use a little updating but it served our family well and we enjoyed our stay there."
