The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! You can't get any closer to the beach than LaVida Playa! Sunsets on the balcony were wonderful. Only wish it was not so expensive. Comparing with other homes close in location this house was $500.00 to $1000.00 more."

"The house is excellent location for getting to the beach. We did bring our own single cup coffee pot with k-cups. The coffee pot in the house is excellent but is grind coffee beans and brew combo. We needed to provide choices of flavors for our group. Parking wasn't a problem for us, but since the beach is public better signs need to be put up on where they can and can not park on the street by dunes."

"Very nice property. Right on the beach, view is terrific. Liked the private bedrooms and how they were situated if you had multiple family members and children. Was impressed they were also pet friendly. Gave doggie bowls in our welcoming bag.Also public beach access,so parking and people are part of the beach experience."

"This is an awesome property! The views are fantastic from anywhere in the common area inside the house or downstairs outside below the house. The kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms are bright with comfortable beds. The wifi worked well without any interruptions. It is within 10 mins. drive to Pleasure Pier. A great place for R&R. The beach is clean and not very crowded. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues and the Sand N 'Sea staff were quick to respond, sending the most courteous, confident workman and then continued to follow up throughout the day making sure it was taken care of. Wish I had that kind of service at home! This place affords you a no worries attitude. Sit back and enjoy the vacation!"

"Location-Location-Location!! Great views right on the beach. We were a little disappointed we did not have access to top balcony but still plenty of room. The description does mention all rooms on main floor but over looked it.Very well stocked kitchen helped when prepairing meals."
