The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"Las Ventanas is advertised as sleeping 10. While it is true that the property has sleeping accommodations for 10, that is the only thing about the house that accommodates 10 people. The dinning table and chairs pictured in the ad is jammed in between the kitchen bar and the wall so it only seats 3 or 4 (and not comfortably.) There is no place for a group to sit and eat together or play games. We tried using the picnic table under the house and were immediately swarmed by mosquitos. The owner should remove the heavy table and invest in some folding card tables and folding chairs. This would allow people to sit around a table for meals and games. It would also make it possible to move from one side of the house to the other without having to walk thru a small kitchen. Also, all of the deck chairs are in the Adirondack style, which is difficult for older or heavy set people to get out of. There was only one plastic lounger. We went to WalMart and bought deck chairs and loungers and a TV tray to use as a table. "

"Great location. Only a few feet from beach. The only downfall is the living area is way too small for a group of 10 people. There is only one small sectional couch that did not allow to many to sit on. The dining table was in a corner that did not allow a lot of space to pull out. The graveled carport was hard on the kids feet. They could not run around barefooted nor could the adults if wanted too. Overall we had a good time and enjoyed the beach."

"it was very pleasant from the beginning to the end...from the booking to the checking out. Everyone was super nice at sand n sea and also very polite. even though I love my privacy and will pay for just that..however, i had to take a very short trip to walmart and i enjoyed looking at the locals running on the seawall. My stay was beachfront so, when I woke up in the am...I could hear and see the sound of the ocean and that's exactly what I wanted....I'm a water lover so, it really didn't matter if it was cold, however, I did do my research on using the fireplaces because some beach fronts have them just for decor but the nice people at sand and sea made sure the fireplaces were usable. I think they checked on 10 or 12 or them and only 2 made the cut..So, I chose Las Ventanas It was very cold but it was chilly enough to enjoy a nice fire on all the nights upstairs and downstairs. The TV's and DVD's and stereo systems were state of the art...wifi worked great...I got a little work done ..in peace...I also loved the open window floor plans...no curtains and still extremely private. everything worked great....I will be booking for another visit really really soon. Thanks sand n sea!!!!!!"
