The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"Great accommodations and beach access. Not a crowded beach...very nice. A couple of recommendations...the unit needs a (large) ice machine...we were buying 20lbs to 30lbs per day. We have stayed at units that have had them and it makes life easier. For a unit that holds that many people ice is important. Another refrigerator would be a plus as well. We make our meals and for 16 people it was tight. The unit needs plastic glasses for kids...everything was glass which makes it risky. Overall the unit was excellent (5 star) and our 16 family members were comfortable. Thank you"

"This was such a great home with amazing space and plenty of bathrooms. The view was perfect. Our group of 13 was very comfortable. We would rent this again for our large group! I also have a few suggestions for the owners that I wouldn't want published for others:1. With such a beautiful property, you should invest in a quality outdoor shower space. You have plenty of room and those little faucets aren't really adequate. This investment would probably help keep more sand out of the house. 2.There were many nails sticking up on the deck that should be fixed. We also found stray nails. Since everyone is barefoot often, it would be wise to take care of that. 3. It would be more convenient if the dryer was more powerful since most of the laundry is towels. It took several runs to dry things. 4. The French doors leading to the deck stick and are difficult to open. Your handyman might be able to fix that, or maybe not, because of all of the moisture. These are minor suggestions to make an amazing house even better. Don't get me wrong. We would definitely rent this again in a heartbeat!! We had a great time and loved the fridge where we could play music and leave silly messages. Never saw that before! We all loved the house!"
