The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"Pirates Beach is a very family and pet friendly neighborhood. And Misty is a great house. Even though it isn't beachfront it is the next best thing. The view from the porch is nice and the short walk to the beach is very manageable. My family and I had a great trip!! And the staff at Sand N Sea were very friendly and helpful."

"This was our second stay at the Misty. The carpet has been removed and replaced with vinyl flooring - odor problem solved. Along with the view, still love the kitchen and dining area in this little house!"

"This could be a nice home but needs to be updated and cleaned up to get the old musty smell out of it. Kitchen was "so-so" equipped & had(1)wine glass (the others were little bitty ones) - no opener. Mattress is very hard."
