The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"This is a beautiful home! The colors, decor, and layout was perfect for our family of 9! The only thing that would made it more perfect was an elevator, a closer crossover to the beach, and no carpets in the bedrooms. We found that some of the people renting the homes with a crossover were not willing to share. The public crossover was too far for 2 toddlers and 2 seniors. It would have been nice to have Dish tv in the main master bedroom upstairs. The master bathroom is as wonderful as it looks on the website. The ocean view was spectacular! Everyone at Sand 'N Sea is very helpful. The family wants me to rent it again!""

"This is our favorite home after 10 plus years of coming to Galveston. Our family of 13 had plenty of room with the 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. The open living/kitchen/dining area was wonderful with that awesome TV. My grandchildren played their PlayStation MLB and had a memorable time. The furnishings and artwork felt like a 5Star resort. This was such a blessing for our family."

"The home is beautiful. Very spacious and decorated lovely. However, Needs new rugs and carpet and paint up paint. And not providing toiletries like a hotel since they charge hotel taxes etc is a negative. Also the check out time is earlier than a hotel check out. They were accomodating in letting us check in early which was nice. Pet friendly was the reason we chose this home."
