Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"2 families with 4 teenagers. Had enough space for another family. Kitchen space great for those those of us that cook, although since we found lack of cabinet/storage for our items. Deck space is wonderful, but we found most of our time spent on the bottom floor with a nice breeze and the fishing. enjoyed every morning and evening kayaking the canals. Short walk to beach with access directly across from subdivision entrance. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall the property is fabulous. Lots of space - indoors and out. The large bunk room upstairs is great with lots of space for kids to sleep and play. Our only complaint was that there is no pantry and many of the kitchen cabinets are locked, so storing food is tricky. The kitchen is well equipped, though. The house could use a deep clean but is still a great house and we had such a great time, we would rent it again. "
