The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"This property is excellent in all the social area. It has a great view to the sea with two wonderful decks. It is a very comfy house, all of the rooms were very good, good temperature with the exception of the room next to the kitchen with the bunk beds, that was a little hotter. We had some guests for a night and were amazed on the location and the property. I would definitely recommend this property and will surely rent it again. We had great time with our grandsons and daughters, enjoying the sea just a block away. The shower at the lower floor was very convenient as well as the utility room. Excellent property!"

"Our family really enjoyed this house over the Labor Day weekend. There is enough room to move around with 4 bedrooms and an upstairs loft that can be used as another bedroom for a guest. We loved enjoying the deck with the great view of the beach and ocean. We liked the laundry room and outside shower on ground level to assist when returning from the beach to wash off sand and place things in washer/dryer immediately. We have read other reviews about the house being warm, however, we found the house very cool even with weather was 96 degrees outside and the bedroom fan is a plus to use if needed. Beautiful view, great space, great for family reunion and celebrations beach side. Pirates Beach was great location, not crowded and safe for children and with the locals."

"It was our 3rd time at Ross 6 for our family vacation. Plenty of room for kids and grand kids, and pet-friendly. Charming open style A-frame house with wonderful ocean view windows (an amazing view from the loft!), but we loved hanging out on the large deck the best. It's also quick and easy to get to the nice clean beach. During the week we felt like we were on a private beach -- no crowds."

Read the reviews that fans are needed for the bedrooms so we took plenty of fans but as it turned out only 1 room needed a fan and that was only if you wanted the room really cold. "Great size house and location. Have rented twice for ten people both times. Only issue is all three bedrooms are hot. There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We all brought portable fans for the rooms. AC works great in living areas. New wine fridge this year in kitchen. Nice but could have used some ceiling fans."

"Loved this house most of all for how perfect it is . The set up of the floor plan is so smart if I ever build I will take this plan in mind . Very quite you can sleep late while the others are up. You will not hear them ,so if you have a baby our small children and someone in your group wants to sleep :) This is the house for you . also close enough to the beach you can see it but not so close you have the spray from the water. Really Perfect for my group_ We will book it every year . We are there for a conference . We loved it so much Has everything you would ever need , The cook in this house has it all there ready for you to enjoy _ Meet so many new friends ,,, We love this place and you will too"

"Our family enjoyed staying at this home a lot. It sets back from the beach but it has a wonderful beach view. The walk to the beach is closer than it seems, and a bonus is that it's a very nice beach. The floor plan of this home works well for a large family or couples vacationing together. The home is set up with three bedrooms on one side of the house with a bathroom and a large sink/area in the room with the two sets of bunks. On the other side of the house is the fourth bedroom (king bed) and a bathroom. There is a very small spiral staircase that leads up a loft with a futon and TV which is set up well for younger kids. The home maybe older than some homes and in need of some updating but it really is very comfortable and homey. I would rent this home again. Sand 'N Sea made the stay simple and easy with lots of bath towels and sheets on the beds, very nice!"

"This home is excellent for couples. It will give some amount of privacy to 4 couples and one bedroom for singles. The beds were comfortable, even the bunks and futon. Our group of 10 adults (4 couples, 2 singles) found it to be roomy and an excellent layout inside and out for game playing. The view is excellent for a home that many rows back - and access to the ocean is convenient. Its an older home so don't expect perfect conditions - but should meet your needs. Bring a fan if you like your bedroom cool in the summer."

"home will fool you from the outside. is more comfortable than others we have stayed in. the loft is not easily reached by an adult. there is a good view of the beach. the neighborhood is peaceful during the week, but there is a lot of traffic weekends.we try to rent a different home each trip, but we usually have 10 + people and we have used most of the large capacity homes. we liked this one for fitting everyone in."
