At the broker's discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

Hello! Grills don't stand up to our sun, salt, and sand very well - but we are always happy to deliver a new one! Next time, don't hesitate to call us if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable!

"Great house. Nothing is over the top nice, but the house has a great ocean view and it's easy to get to the beach. The doors do not shut/latch very well. With the wind, if you do not keep one locked it will blow open when the other is used. The house could also use some more patio furniture. There's only 4 outdoor chairs and no chairs on the 2nd balcony up top...so bring extras. Parking is also difficult if you do not have an SUV. You cannot park under the house without a car that has some height to it."

"We had a lovely time during our stay at Sandals. The proximity to the beach was our main criteria when choosing a vacation rental and Sandals was perfect. The older grandchildren loved running back and forth to the beach and we could easily watch them from the balcony. I'm not sure what protocol is when renting vacation homes is as we haven't stayed in Galveston in many years, but if you are considering this property be sure and bring your own cleaning products, i.e. dishwashing soap, sponges, cascade, Tide, salt, pepper, etc... We loved the private fishing pier and caught lots of fish. Even if you don't fish, make sure to drive over to catch the beautiful island sunset!"

"We appreciated the new decking that lead from the concrete under the house to the walk over to the beach. Your feet never need to touch the grass which is good because beach house "grass" tends to have little stickers that really hurt. Bring tweezers in your first aid kit just in case. Stickers are common in Texas but not fun to the tender feet. They have an outdoor shower that has hot water,and a separate water hose hooked up away from the shower area. VERY helpful to have the hose so you can rinse just your feet and collected shells without getting sprayed with water from the shower head if you are fully dressed. NICE. One last thought"

"Sandals is a great house. I was impressed with the size and furnishings of this house. The beach is close enough to let the kids go out by themselves ( ages 7 & 5). If there was a word better than perfect I would use it! My granddaughter locked herself out of her room and we called maintainence and they were there within 15 minutes. I couldn't ask for more."

"This property is much nicer than in the photos. This particular house seemed like it was newer than the neighboring houses. We liked that it was away from the traffic of downtown and had the beach almost to ourselves even though it was Memorial Day weekend. We enjoyed having the hot tub on the deck to use after a long day at the beach. The outdoor shower was also an added bonus to wash the sand off before entering the house. We really enjoyed our stay here and would probably rent again."

"My sisters and I rented this place for our Mother's 85th birthday. We had an awesome time and very pleased with the beach house. The house was very clean and well decorated. Didn't plan on getting in the hottub, but after seeing how clean and maintained it was, I couldn't help myself. The 4 bedrooms worked well for us so we would each have our own space (just in case our husbands wanted to come down and join in on the "girl time"). Great veiws for mom to enjoy while drinking her coffee. Great memories this place provided!!"

We want all our guests to have clear, clean windows to enjoy the great views...for their entire vacations! The windows in Sandals were cleaned before your arrival, but unfortunately, Gulf breezes and the sandy, salt air got to them before you could enjoy the clear view. We are sorry about that!
