At the broker's discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"No master bedroom closet for guest use, the owners use as locked closet for themselves. Property is directly beside the beach club and during warm months privacy and noise would be greatly compromised. The beach walk overs are great for beach access and the cleanliness and beauty of outdoors around Pointe West condos is lovely."

"The condo was very close to the dune walkover and the master bed was very comfortable. If you like live music, in the summer on weekends, they have some close by. But if you like to go to sleep early, this may not be the location for you."
