The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"Great home for multi-generational family vacation. The living area was nicely furnished with comfortable furniture and still left play area for our pre-schoolers. We enjoyed cooking meals together in the well-equipped kitchen. All of the beds were comfortable and the layout with 2 bunkrooms worked great for our 4 little ones. The beach is a short walk but we opted to rent a golf cart to get people and "stuff" back and forth. This was a great house and neighborhood. Would do it again in a heartbeat!"

Amazing!!

"This house is a fabulous weekend getaway. The layout is perfect and the 2nd Master (upstairs) has a wonderful bath and shower. We enjoyed the peacefulness while relaxing on the decks. We were able to grill out on the bottom level and relax as adults on the top deck. Beach access is also very convenient. This weekend was just what we needed and our stay here was perfect. Thank you so much!!! "

Awesome property

"The open floor plan of this home was amazing and the bedroom layout worked so well for our all adults getaway. Even though there are bunk in 2 bedrooms all of the adults felt comfortable. Already looking to book it again next year for the same event and perhaps even sooner for a big ole family xmas on the beach. "
