The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"I rented this home for our family to get together since the birth of my last grandson. My son's family came in from Indianapolis and my daughter and her family are local (from Alvin). There were 9 of us and we had a blast. The house was perfect. It had rooms far enough apart that naps could be taken and others could still play. It's so close to the beach that we can watch a couple of grandkids from the deck. The oldest grandkids loved that it had Netflix and board games. We would definitely recommend this house!"

"We have stayed in this house previously and the furnishings have changed a bit since the change in ownership. The added upstairs bedroom was most welcomed! The kitchen is well stocked and has a large refrigerator. Both the deck and ground floor are spacious. Hoping the overhead microwave and built in ice maker will be functional next time. Overall it is a great house."

"We have stayed here many times and our family loves it. We have a large family and it accommodates all of us. Three bathrooms and now the fourth bedroom makes it work well for us. We love sitting down together for family meals and the large dining table and extra bar area makes that possible. Our grand children call it the white beach house and want to go back year after year! The beach was really nice this year."
