The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"This property was perfect for our family of 5 plus two small dogs. Ample seating and beds made everyone comfortable and happy. The beach is only a short walk over the dune. We spent the cooler parts of the day at the beach, the hot part of the day in the air conditioning, and rented a red box dvd from across the street for the nights."

"Very good home for family. The outside shower was great. House well stocked with kitchen items. Easy walk to the beach. Perfect for my dog with the outside porch. I would recommend the place for sure. Only slight issue I had was with the twin bed mattress - if you are an adult - don't sleep on that mattress or your back will kill you!"

"Very cute beach house with very short walk to beach. Bedrooms are a little small just enough room for beds and small walking space on either side. We had two small children with us that we needed to set up pack-n-plays but there was barely any room in bedrooms. We made it work but it was tight."
