The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees, travel insurance, pet fee (if property is pet-friendly) and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. The travel insurance and pet fee (if not traveling with your pup) are optional and can be removed during the reservation process.

"Beautiful 1-bedroom cottage with private pier. Kitchen is well stocked. Caught plenty of fish and crabs from the pier. When taking a break from fishing, we went kayaking and canoing in the bay. Beautiful view of the bay in the back and the wetland in the front. Great place to stay for family with kids who love the outdoors. It would be nicer if the fishing pier has light for night time fishing and fresh water for cleaning fish. We would definitely stay here again. There is only a 2 hours window for checking-in (3:00-5:00pm). After 5:00pm is considered late check-in with additional $30 in cash for the agent. There should be a free late check-in with key in the lockbox."
